Guest vs signed-in

What each mode can do, and how to leave guest mode.

Guest mode is a local demo session with seeded merchants (COSTCO, NIKE LEBRON XXIII, TACO TUESDAY, and friends). Signed-in mode talks to your TrackIt API user.

Blocked actions open the guest sign-in modal instead of failing silently.

Exit guest

Guest mode

Guest learning (rules, category edits) lives in the browser session mock. It is not your production database.
